Cottage of the sluice
This 56 m2 duplex gîte offers a magnificent view of the garden and Château de Châteauneuf, as well as a terrace.
It incudes :
- at the garden level, 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed
- upstairs,
- 1 2-seater sofa bed upstairs with a 140 cm mattress
- an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, iron)
- a bright living room opened onto the 26 m2 terrace, with a direct access to the cycle path and the Burgundy canal.
Rates per night: €105 for 1 bed – €24 additional for 2 beds
Tourist taxes, bedding and towels are included in the price.
The cleaning of the kitchen area and the dishes as well as their storage must be carried out by the occupant before their departure.
All our rooms and suites have their entrance directly outside.

Formula 1 (€35): A 1/2 bottle of champagne, fruit and delicacies.
Formula 2 (€58): A 1/2 bottle of champagne, aperitif dinner for 2 with slates of local products and delicacies.
In this formula 2, the quantity of food is enough to restore you.
Restoration
Our dining room is located in the central room of the estate which has spanned the centuries. We serve breakfast there.
For meals, we suggest booking for you at the Auberge de Guillaume, located 20 meters from the estate.
Spa
Privatize our spa area for an intimate moment in an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being.
Our spa is made up of a bathroom area with a walk-in shower, a 4-seater infrared sauna and a 5-seater jacuzzi.
