Cottage of the sluice

This 56 m2 duplex gîte offers a magnificent view of the garden and Château de Châteauneuf, as well as a terrace.

It incudes :

  • at the garden level, 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed
  • upstairs,
    • 1 2-seater sofa bed upstairs with a 140 cm mattress
    • an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, iron)
    • a bright living room opened onto the 26 m2 terrace, with a direct access to the cycle path and the Burgundy canal.

Rate per night: €120 for 1 double bed – €150 for 3 persons – €165 for 4 persons

Tourist taxes, bedding and towels are included in the price.

The cleaning of the kitchen area and the dishes as well as their storage must be carried out by the occupant before their departure.
